@RuleOfTheInternet And by that I meen…. He could take Speech from his level and then talk to him again… or just quickload and then level up and take the speech and then read something that gives speech, I dont know something

@poodlepooper62 Actually no he didn’t, he got the perk that gives you more skill points, that’s why he gets so much, if you see when he levels up he gets 20 or something in this video

@MisterStorage don’t worry man, your doing fine, unfortunately Toby has been chewing his stats off camera, for example he hasnt eve touched his explosives yet somehow there at 65.. And so on, but ya it’s kindof disappointing that he’s cheating
