Arcade Odyssey – In Miami, FL

The305GamePlayer: This is my Review and Experience of Arcade Odyssey, a videogame and pinball arcade located at 12045 Southwest 117th Avenue Miami, FL 33186. Arcade Odyssey is an amazing retro throwback to old school arcades, with a mixture of new hard to find arcade machines. The machines include an array of hard to find video game cabinets, many which are imported from Japan and converted from the Yen coin to use Arcade Odyssey tokens. In addition to a bunch of videogame cabinets, there are 6 fully restored functioning pinball machines. In fact all the machines new or old, work as if they have just rolled off the factory floor. The arcade has a staff of people on standby to fix any machines that break down, so even if a machine goes down, it is usually not out of order for long. I enjoyed the festive ambiance of the game players and the staff. Everyone seemed to be having a great time. The owner, Rick Medin, greeted me with a warm smile and a handshake, and I found him to be an extremely friendly person. He will make you feel like you have known him forever, even if you just met him moments earlier. When I met Rick he was in the middle of setting up a video game challenge for the patrons of the arcade. The arcade hosts an array of game challenges, tournaments and cosplay nights. Madden NFL 12 gameplay Miami at Denver in Heavy Rain

This game was played in heavy rain; and looked great. But the field looked exactly the same os the beginning of the game. I wonder if i had to play on natural grass to get that affect? cheers
